Reviews
The cashier and the other chicha who were on the turn of Friday, June 21 at 2:00 were excellent. On the other side of the coin, an older gentleman of about 60 years or more was very badly educated at the time of making my order, he treated me very badly, he is not an educated person and he is very loud and to complete he gave me the order badly and not he asked me to apologize.
Nice little place hidden next to the bank
Good service , Gwen was very helpful :)
The morning staff were extremely rude. Insisted on rinsing the cup i had just put cream in and then yelled at me when i told them I’ve never had to have the cup rinsed before. However the afternoon staff leaves cup as is requested and is polite and goes above and beyond. Definitely don’t recommend starting your day here.
One of my good friends work here so he always hooks me up
Baristas are rude! I don't like anyone who I'm giving money to to be rude to me especially when I didn't do anything to them. This morning I went in for a coffee, I hadn't been in that Starbucks for a while because it's not my favorite. I walk in, stand in line waiting To be served. The guy next to me was standing like he was still in line so I asked him and the cashier answered for him saying "he's already been served" in a rude way. I take my order and I guess their card machine on one register was broken or something because they told me to get back in line and wait to pay, something they could of easily made clear with a sign or something. I go up to pay for my order and the guy tells me I have to put my card in cause it has a chip, like I didn't know that already. He asks if I want a receipt, I say no. He confirms my purchase and says "you're welcome" without me saying thank you. What are you welcome about? Doing your job? From my experience, people only say you're welcome like that to be rude. Then they get my order wrong and I don't even care cause I had to get to work and I just wanted to get out of there. Never will I return. It sucks because they're the closest Starbucks to me but I'd make the trip for better service. I have other bad experiences with that Starbucks, like when it came to using the bathroom like another person mentioned. If you're not of a darker skin complexion you should be fine going there but if you are be prepared for crap.
This is a nice location with indoor trees and large glass walls. In the morning the sun shines in creating a warm atmosphere contrasting the stone walls and floor. There are few tables, and the drink pick-up can be unclear due to the layout. I have not seen another location like this one.
It was Horrendously busy, as it was Happy Hour and many lined up for half priced frappuccino. I had two, for the price of one. Wait time was very long, as only two people were making drinks, which backed up the line. Going here on and off for several years, never had to wait as long as I did yesterday.
Fast and courteous service. Barista was able to crank out perfect lattes while being hit on mercilessly by road crew workers. Midday line moved quickly. Store seemed well-stocked and orderly.
